Challenges in Test Automation

Katalon and KMS Technology announced the results of a survey of nearly 2,300 software testers and QA managers regarding software test automation adoption. According to the study, organizations are confronted with numerous obstacles in test automation, including the difficulty to integrate with other tools, high maintenance costs and more.
According to the KMS Technology / Katalon survey:
- 56% of respondents prioritized training documentation tutorials when selecting a test automation tool
- 60% of respondents agreed that one of the biggest challenges in applying test automation is that requirements change too often
- 72% of respondents agreed that the top challenge with their existing test automation tools is the total cost of ownership
