Dreamforce 2023 The World’s Biggest AI Event
KMS Technology had an awesome year at Dreamforce this year! While learning about Salesforce Einstein 1, Einstein Copilot, and more, we made some great connections and had an incredible time with our friends in the Salesforce Ohana. Here we recap some of the highlights of Dreamforce 2023!
Trust + AI
Salesforce is once again blazing trails for companies to use AI technologies while maintaining a focus on their core values. “We want to build at Salesforce the trusted AI platform for customer companies” – Marc Benioff said during the main keynote. He went on to speak about their architecture with Dynamic Grounding, Data Masking, Toxicity Detection, Zero Retention, and more. Salesforce is making it safe and easy to use generative AI and other AI components on its platform. This is especially important in areas such as Healthcare where data privacy and security is a must.

Einstein 1 & Einstein Copilot
The biggest announcement of the year was Einstein 1 powered by the Data Cloud. There is no one better to describe Einstein 1 than Salesforce’s CTO, Parker Harris:
“A trusted AI platform for customer companies, the Einstein 1 Platform gives companies the ability to safely connect any data to build AI-powered apps with low-code and deliver entirely new CRM experiences.”
Einstein 1 Copilot is a conversational AI assistant that employees and customers can simply chat with, safely grounded in business and customer data. Copilot will drive mass productivity gains across Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce and more.

Use Einstein 1 Data Cloud & Tableau Free
Data Cloud is an essential part of Salesforce AI offerings. Data Cloud connects and enriches all possible data and feeds the various AI components of Einstein 1 with rich customer data. Now Salesforce allows you to get started with Data Cloud and Tableau for Free if you have Enterprise licensing or higher!

Flow GPT
Flow GPT is one of the next exciting AI components to be released that will allow admins and developers to describe a flow and watch the Einstein Platform build it in near real-time. This feature will be very helpful in quickly building out complex automations on the platform and will be available in October 2023!

Salesforce Ohana
As you can see, there was a lot to learn about this year, but in the midst of all the learning, connections are being made and the Salesforce Ohana is only growing stronger. We had great meetings with existing relationships and made important connections that will be important as we continue to blaze trails together.
KMS Technology builds and supports AppExchange products and our relationship with ISV Accelerators helps our customers to not only build great products but also create a strong go-to-market strategy for them. If you have an existing AppExchange product or are looking to build a new one, our teams can help with every aspect of the process.
KMS Technology also has a key focus on helping Private Equity firms with their Salesforce and CRM strategies within their portfolios. In meeting with a few firms, we were able to identify some great new areas where we can help.
